Pizza Pasta Salad
6 SmartPoints Per Serving
1 1/2 c. uncooked rotelle pasta
2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1 (8 oz) block mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
10 slices pepperoni, quartered
1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 c. light Italian dressing
Hy-Vee cracked black pepper, to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta with remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
