8 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1 1/2 fl oz Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz package)
1 1/2 cup White Flour
1/4 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
24 tsp Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
1 tsp Baking Soda
Salt, 1 dash
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Applesauce, unsweetened, 0.50 cup
1 cup Water

1. In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients.
2. Mix remaining ingredients well.
3. Fill muffin tins, lined with paper cups 1/3 to 1/2 full with this mixture.
4. Drop a large spoonful of cheese mixture on top.
5. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Makes 20 Cupcakes (1 Cupcake Per Serving)
