Cherry Waldorf Salad
6 SmartPoints Per Serving
2 large Fuji apples, cored, chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 c. pitted sweet cherries
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1/4 c. light mayonnaise
1/4 c. light sour cream
2 tbsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
DASH Diet Recipes
In a large salad bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
Stir in celery, cherries, cranberries and almonds.
In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and salt until well blended. Pour
over salad and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
